We handle all information collected through the HR Payroll responsibly and securely. Information is used strictly for managing attendance records, HR processes and operational improvements.

We do not sell or share your information with third parties, except where required by law or necessary for internal company operations.

We implement appropriate technical and administrative measures to protect your information. Data is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill our operational and legal obligations.

The Konsultan Khidmat Setia application is developed and operated by Konsultan Khidmat Setia (KKS) Security Sdn. Bhd. The application is designed to support employee attendance tracking, payroll management, workforce management, and other authorized operational purposes.

The Konsultan Khidmat Setia may access and collect location information from the user’s device when the relevant location permission is granted and enabled. Location information may be used to verify and record employee attendance at an authorized work location, verify the user’s presence at a designated workplace, support attendance monitoring and workforce management, and provide other authorized operational functions of the Konsultan Khidmat Setia. Location information is collected and used only where necessary for the relevant features of the application and is not used for purposes unrelated to the services provided by the Konsultan Khidmat Setia.

The Konsultan Khidmat Setia may also support offline attendance tracking, where attendance and operational information may be temporarily stored on the user’s device when an internet connection is unavailable and synchronized with our systems once connectivity is restored. The system may also use NFC scanning to read NFC tag identifiers for attendance verification, work location verification, or other authorized operational purposes. Information collected through location services, offline tracking, NFC scanning, and other attendance-related features is handled securely and used only for the intended purposes of the HR Payroll.

By using the Payroll System, you consent to the practices described in this policy. We may update this policy from time to time and significant changes will be communicated through the Payroll System or appropriate channels.
